First Full Interactive IPTV System
We implemented the first full-interactive IPTV solution in 2008 interfacing with hotel's Property Management System, Call Centre System and Point of Sale printers whereby guest is able to perform automated express-check out, instant folio view, full room service menu ordering, newspaper ordering, shuttle van booking, make up room service, voice and text message retrieve and laundry pick up all through the IPTV interface.
